Disconnected after paying

After paying our account in full on 31.01.2015 we were disconnected on 07.02 and have now been disconnected 5 or 6 times since. Every time multichoice disconnects us they bill a R50 reconnection fee which adds to the outstanding amount which I assume keeps the account in arrears causing the disconnects, THEY do not allocate journals to clear the inaccurate reconnection fees, just like THEY don't allocate payments. The complete irony is that our account was in credit when we got disconnected the first time. Upon calling multichoice an automated service advises to email payment advice, yet another automated email service with a reference and a FALSE promise of a 24hr response time. We waited 5 days. In the interim spoke to a human at a multichoice dealer who advised that our account was in fact in order and it was a problem with multichoice allocations she kindly reconnected us and completed the journals which she submitted yet we have been cut off for 6 out of the 8 days since attending to the disconnection. Disconnected again today!!! Will multichoice be crediting our account for the days they have disconnected us through THEIR incompetence? Please could someone attend to this?
