Disconnected
Acc ***1 , disconnected though paid, I'm told I should pay R99 connection fee. Last month I paid hours late and was not disconnected .com this month I paid a day before due date and guset what disconnected. Can I get my refund full refund not what I'm will be deducted. Plz help.
