Disconnected
I paid R889 on the 28th November 2015 and yet I am disconnected. How many times should one pay an account within the duration on 30 days. My monthly account is not even R889 and yet I have no tv??? I am not happy. Surely if I am to be disconnected it should happen on the 28th of December like any other normal and legal 30 day account. Please reconnect until the 28th or give me a logical and legal explanation for this inconvenience by telephone urgently.
