Disconnected
My account was disconnected today, when I contacted the customer care line I was been told I have an outstanding amount. The consultant didn't even bother to check and said Ive been in arrears for the past 3 months how possible it that for the past three months I've been owing and I wasnt disconnected😏only today the account is disconnected.
