Disconnected
Online billing indicates R 649.00 due on 27th of December 2017. I moved into a complex unable to use my Explora system. Only able to use old 4U decoder due to lack of SMART LNB in the complex. Want to sell the Exploras, but can only do so once I paid the R649.00???? Acc No: ********** 7. Spoke to Cheswill Grootboom in call centre, the only excuse he gives is that it must be an online error. Ref ********** 7 / I190. I was asked to pay a prorate of R 255.00 to reconnect. I paid R 260.00 and got disconnected almost immediately again. Phone call recorded by them around 18h25 on the 10th of December 2017.
