disconnected

I have a problem with dstv(multi choice) i have paid my monthly subscription but my service is suspended every third day and i have called, emailed them the problem still persists and no one can tell me the reasons to this all i am getting is apologies and that the problem is resolved but then it happens again. I find this very irritating and unprofessional. I cannot begin to express my frustration as this is costing me emotionally and finantially as i have to call for reactivation every third day. I am so dissappointed as i did not expect such bad service from such a reputable company.
