Disconnect my services with dstv

<p>Dstv call center guy is telling me that i can't disconnect my package when i want to,called the call center asking them to either downgrade or disconnect my package and they said i can do it,i can only do it month i don't understand why i am suppose to pay for services that i am not using</p>
