disconnect dstv

my dstv connection has been disconnected without fail - every second day since 17 Sept 2019. i've send them PoP... bank statements... calling them 8 to 10 times... being put on hold for average 20 minutes AND STILL NO SOLUTION! thank you Dstv for ****ign up my day for the last month without fail... thank you for not being interested in your clients... thank you for not giving a ****
