Discconection for a fee I do not owe

Dstv its horrible, they've disconnected me and say I owe R170 that I don't even know what is it for. This is ****ing me off cause i'm trying to call them and it keeps saying call on progress. This is bull****. Some time this week one of their urgent called me trying to force me to take their stupid policy that I refussed to agree on now this is happening. Ae no this company is trash they deserve a trashbin for how they treat their customers
