DISASTROUS/ESCALATE

<p>I am highly disgusted in DSTV Explora! I have phoned the Finance Department at DSTV and they do not have a phone in there office. So what happens and advisor escalates your message and send via email to whoever.I have phoned on Thursday last week 3 times, I have phoned on Friday, I have phoned on Saturday, I have phoned on Sunday. I have phoned today and all I get is we have escalated and message has been send to the finance department. So they are escalating since Thursday morning at 10 with no response...no messages....no manager phoning me back....They just escalate. You cannot speak to a manager, you cannot speak to the finance department. Who do you speak to. An advisor told me on Friday I must phone this no.....I phoned it rang for 50 minutes and 39 seconds. Then I phone back again and speak to another advisor she says that number is the receptionist no. Now I ask this question...If the receptionist has not answered your phone call in 50 minutes what is really happening in that company.</p>
