Disappointment again
I am utterly disappointed with multichoice. Every it is the same issue. Can you not for once respect that we support you and atleast check your company bank statement before for you send your threatening emails. I went an extra mile to send an email to *** and payments email address with proof of payment yesterday. For Pete's sake accounts department at multichoice do what you are supposed to do. I wish there was a competitor then I would move to them. And the worse thing is you are not answering your calls as I tried from Wednesday to contact you so I can let you know that a stop order went through my bank account so you will stop with your tormenting messages

I've sent the proof of payment to your help and payments addresses yesterday and have not gotten any response from you other than the acknowledgement of my email

Can you please give me an alternate number to call you to make sure that the services are reconnected urgently as they are being disconnected and an sms was sent to let me know of that;whichch I find it confusing that your team is good at sending such emails instead of checking before to make sure that indeed the account was not paid. I also work in the accounts department in my company and I value our client's businesses in a way that before I give some negative feedback to them I go an extra mile to check and recheck if I did not miss any small important information,if I cannot get the results I need I go to the next person to help me verify my outcome. It would be so nice if your team would value their customers too
