Disappointingly poor customer service

Today I receive an sms from debt collectors for an amount of R319 on my late Dad's account. This "transaction" has been pending for 7 whole months, and not once did we receive an sms or a telephone call from DStv to notify us of this. On 10/03/2016 I spoke to Precious Ndwalaza, who advised me that there was an amount of R685.60 credit on my late father's account that can easily be transferred to my mom's account (change of ownership done along with Death Certificate was sent on 08/10/2015 - more than a year ago). All I needed to do was send her written confirmation, which I have done. This payment was approved/released by her team leader/supervisor. Apparently an amount of R319 was not supposed to be included in the R685.60. So how could this error not have been picked up by Precious Ndwalaza and her supervisor? This error slipped through two people in the process? Really? Quite frankly, the R319 can be split between Precious and her supervisor - they can pay it!!!
