Disappointing service from Multichoice 😤😤😤

It's so disappointing when companies like Multichoice mislead their customers. They have been advertising this "pay R100 extra to be upsized on your package". I did just that, waited the 48 hours and nothing happened, phoned their call centre and was told if didn't get an SMS I didn't qualify to be upgraded, when I questioned that I was told I should wait for another 48 hours my matter has been escalated🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ funny enough when I checked they had sent me an SMS... My question is why advertise something then fail to honor your promises?? 🤢🤢🤮
