Disappointing service from manager

After my review last week the is still no feed back. You are just respinding on hello peter but they are not doing anything about it . this company is a ****. The whole week no one is able to assist . i received the sms to pay R788 and even my app was showing that i need to pay R788. I then called the call center that informed me that my acc is still owe R500. What is the point of using self service that have incorrect information. They always promise to get back to me but no one ever called.
