Disappointing service for changing a debit order
Good day. I am a pensioner and my son recently agreed to upgrade my dstv to premium as a gift.

I phoned the call centre at the end of October and my son sent the debit order forms for his account (as they requested by the call centre) on 27 October 2015 to the email address given, [Email Removed] By 12 December the debit order details had still not been updated and I then resent the forms directly to one of the call centre agents, Itumeleng Motsogi, who I called.

I still don't have a response and now my dstv has been disconnected even though multichoice has the debit order details and forms.

I also called again yesterday and my dstv is still disconnected and no-one can make the change even though we have sent all the forms required two times.

I have provided all the information requested by multichoice, yet they prefer to make an old pensioner run around them and suffer for their own entertainment. This is very disappointing and upsetting and a last appeal for help.

RN HARIBHAI
