Disappointing Service at DSTV....as usual

The service at DSTV is one word... DISSPOINTING... For the last 3 months I have been phoning wasting my time asking them to resolve their issue but to the same answer.... we have escalated it to the relavent department. I mentioned this yesterday to the call centre lady, maybe Hallo Peter will help me resolve this issue.
