Disappointing Service

Absolutely pathetic service from multichoice dstv. I have been waiting since last Friday 4th September for my explora and to date no delivery or call as to why it has not been delivered. When I do call the *** number nobody can assist or if I call the customer care service number I hold on forever and the call cuts off. However I receive numerous calls a day from the price lock call center to take on the 24m contract but when I did I get no response about delivery. Really disappointed in dstv multichoice.
