Disappointing service!

Bought Dstv decoder and paid for installation as well to be done today and was called that it will be done today, I was called this morning to confirm installation and had someone wait at the house for them. No one came and I wasn’t called to explain why, if I knew no one would show up before the weekend I would have just spared my money for next week, am very disappointed with the service really!
