Disappointing service

For the past 3 days I have had no joy, i keep receiving an error when i am trying to login to DSTV now , and when i speak to your call center agent they tell me it a general error (ERROR500) but strange enough i have people using the same service and are able to login without any problems , Please resolve this, if this is how you treat your customers on premium package I wonder about the rest of your clients .
