Disappointing service

Soccer is one of the most watched sports around the globe but yet I cannot get access and watch one of the biggest soccer teams in the world play tonight, Manchester United! This is ridiculous that I pay dstv a monthly subscription fee and I cannot watch Manchester United tonight, one of the most well know clubs ever, if you don't know already!! It's disappointing that multichoice, being so upmarket and well known are so careless. I would rather spend my money on something else that will actually add value to my life! This has really dissapointed me as multichoice create such a good reputation for themselves but actually don't show people their down side! There is always multichoice/DSTV ads on TV showing how good they are and how wonderful they are but it's all false! I also sent an email to Dstv/Multichoice and I just got ignored and pushed aside!! This is disgusting and knowing how "great" Multichoice/DSTV are, I hope to see a solution to my problem very soon!
