Disappointing in the service from dstv

i disconected my PRV functionality in march but the still charged me for this service even though they were off, i have called multiple times to get this amount reversed but even today is not reversed. i spent lot of airtime calling not assistance, either they put you on hold for 30 minutes till you. last consultant i talked to nobantu gana was very rude and just hanged up
