Disappointing & disgusting service, no customer care at all

This the worst company ever. It doesn't even deserve 1star. I joined Compact plus price lock in july 2020, but this company has been debiting my account with fluctuating amounts that are more than what I should be paying. I called them on countless ocassions with no help, I am always given 1 answer that they will escalate the problem to finance department. How did I get into this mess. I regret accepting this offer..
