Disappointing Brand

Paid my package on the 8th of April at a Pep retail store, had to pay a bit more cause of the cut of date, okay sharp no problem. All of a sudden after two days channels were closed, when I query we were told we haven't paid. We even went to the multi choice store at Maponya mall which was a waste of time. We sent proof, it played for a couple of days then switched off. Called again today they told me same thing that account was not paid when it was. Dstv is going down the ditch and will lose more of it's customers from my family R540 gone on a waste!
