Disappointed with little info about My Shares

I was retranched on the 30th September 2019.. We were given shares as employees so when we left the company no one advised us the way foward regarding those shares 2 years later I decided to inquire as to what is going on #Win.. regarding those shares.. The response I got Shocked me I have just been told that I was supposed to sell them 60 days after my exit so because I never did that I UFORTURNATELY have lost my shares this is so disappointing because I know for a fact that my former Colleagues don't know this info as well WOW..
