Disappointed upset i need refund for 3 days i haven't got viewing

Disappointed and upset with Dstv from Monday an error code E30 i sent email ********** they called my husband and made appointment Monday6pm to my disappointment they called after7 pm and after1hour he couldn't clear code then he tell me i must send them email this morning Rudolph coz he going escalate to his team leader but nothing happening am i paying 3 days for no viewing???? This more upsetting coz u paying for something that no service E30 error pls can u compensate with 3 day of no service received!!!!!!!
