Disappointed on Multichoice service!!!

I always pay my DSTV account on time and never skip a month. I did the same thing for the month of November, where I paid on the 25th of October an amount which I was told was due or outstanding. But around the 1st of November or so, I got an sms to say that my account was in arrears and I needed to pay before my services get disconnected. I called multichoice for clarification on the sms. I was asked to forward the proof of payment, of which I did and I was told my payment was not allocated and will be allocated. Then I wake up on the 6th of November and found that my account had been disconnected. I called multichoice again, to find out why the services have been disconnected when I have made payment and sent the proof as well. The lady assisting me was very helpful. She reconnected my services after I resent her my proof of payment and then said she will send a note to finance informing them about this and also request for the disconnecting fee to be reversed. Monday the 9th of November I wake up to my service disconnected AGAIN. I call mutlichoise and ask why am i disconnected and I am told I am owing. When I realise that I am going around in circle with this, I ask to speak to a manger to so that they assist sort out this problem. I was told the manager Sureka was not in, I should call back at 08:00, this was from a lady by the name Samkelisiwe Xolo. I called again after 08:00 and spoke to Mpumelelo Gwala who also refused to put me through to a manger and insisted she will be able to assist me and when at the end she was unable to assist me. She told me that she will log a call for a manger to call me back. I have been sent from pillar to post by DSTV agents and every time I get through I am told I need to a pay a different amount for my service to be reconnected. Getting through to a manager is as if one wants to speak to the President of the country. Whereas a manger is supposed to be reachable at all times to assist with queries which junior people are not able to assist with. It's today Wednesday the 13th of November and I still have not heard any call from the DSTV multichoice manager. I had to pay the amount which I was told I needed to pay which included a re connection fee which I was not supposed to have pain in the first place because my services were not supposed to have been discounted because I made payment on time. So, I am hoping after this, I will get someone who will engage me on the matter and I will also be credited on the money and re connection fee which I have paid.
