Disappointed on DSTV Customer Service

I remain disappointed on the service received from DSTV after I logged a complaint with them last month, to date no resolution to my query. I even asked them to forward me their industry ombudsmen/regulator contact details so I can escalate my query since no joy from DSTV and all went quiet. Could it be the service is this poor as they play in a monopoly?
