Disappointed Newbie:(

<p>I went to DSTV Multichoice (Maponya Mall) yesterday to go and buy a decoder and dish and get it installed. I was told to go make my purchase at Pick n pay Maponya Mall. I went to Pick n pay maponya mall and made my purchase. I was then told installation would happen Sunday morning and that I should make sure I'm home. I then paid my subscription as installation was promised Sunday morning. It is now Sunday evening and there has been no installation. I've tried to call pick n pay Maponya mall and there is no response. I've tried to call the man who would be installing and he kept giving story after story. As a new client to Multichoice, I am utterly disappointed in their service. Makes me wonder what the future holds if the beginning of our relationship has been this bad.....I thought I'm dealing with professionals, not *****. Unhappy Customer!!!!</p>
