Disappointed in dstv Maponya

Madonna dstv is not doing their job right hence some of the customers know what they need but they will suggest to make u spend more on the product than what u need.. I went there just to need a call assistant for exraview but they want me to buy a new decoder plus splitter which worth more than 1000 Rands both while my decoders at home plus on the app they active.. what I needed to make the HD decoder to be mains then the other to be slave but I had no help since today
