Disappointed in dstv

I'm very disappointed in dstv im with you guys for more then 2 years you guys showed the dstv Explorer Ultra on price lock R1000 a blackfriday deal so I took it now i have extra view at home and asked the agent of I cam get the Explorer Ultra as a standalone with no installation on price lock to for extra view and was told no you don't have it as yet now how f up is that you guys are pushing me as a customer awy you already don't have a lot of premium subscribers do you want to lose me as well I thought you guys value customers but I guess not I.took the blackfriday deal.i just wanted a 2nd Explorer Ultra on price lock for extra view as well but you guys can't even allow that very disappointed in dstv this makes me wanna just end everything with this company I think I should disconnect and cancel everything with dstv and join streaming services im shocked at the level of service a loyal customer has received
