Disappointed in Dstv

I have been a customer with Dstv for a number of years. Earlier this week I had some great hassels with my account at Dstv. I contacted Dstv's contact centre more than 10 times for assitance. My enquiry was only concluded today. I am deeply disappointed in Dstv after my ordeal with the company earlier this week. I feel that certain call centre consultants lack a great amount of training. When a company claims that one receives much more as a client, I can truly say that this was not the treatment I received.
