Disappointed DSTV subscriber

I was offered an upgrade on the dstv decoder at the end of April 2021,I was told I will receive an sms about the installation. Received the sms which stated they will come and install it on the 4 May 2021. On the 4 May 2021,no one came so I called the number in the sms. The installer told me they got my address mixed up with the woodlands in Durban and the woodlands in Pietermaritzburg as I am in pietermaritzburg and he does not do installations in pietermaritzburg. He said he sent the feedback to dstv. 2 days go by and I don't hear anything so I call then they tell me nothing was received but they going to escalate it as there's no direct number for the installations. From them till now no one has contacted me then we received another sms saying they will come install it yesterday,I called the number it's the same guy with the same story that the address is mixed up. He then gave me the number for the guy in charge of them and told me to contact him. I called him,he asked me to send him the number of the guy that gave me his number so he can find out where the decoder is. Last night he informed me the decoder is still in Durban and will be re assigned to a pmb installer.

I have been using dstv for a few years now and never received such bad service. Till this day I have not received any call from dstv advising me on the where abouts of the decoder,I am the one making all the calls.
