Disappointed Dstv customer

I have been struggling since 22/10/2019 to get my packages sorted out with Dstv. Today is 25/10/2019 and now it is even worse my second decoder is inactive now and no one can help me. Been phoning the call centre everyday and no one can sort out my problem. I am so disappointed with this bad service
