Disappointed
I have a 24 month contract with dstv on explora decoder. I phoned multichoice cape Town to inform them that my explora power supply is faulty (leaking). A service agent asked me where I stay then I told her I stay in MFULENI near eerste river in Western cape. She then told me to visit dstv agency in eerste river for replacement but when I got here the lady told me to pay R400 for new.... I drove all the way for nothing. What a waste of time and bad service. What does the warranty cover kanti?
