Disappointed

They don't even deserve a star, i have sign a contract for price lock for 24months because i didn't want to pay extra due to affordability, this month when i want to pay my fixed amount of R569 only to find out i have outstanding amount of R1067 due to add-on which i didn't adjust anything on my side and now am on Compact plus instead of Compact, i don't even have time to watch time but they said i have add on Indian channels 😳 and movies 😳 this is a day light *******, now they have disconnect my channels even if i paid R600, and i remember the consultant who assisted me we told him we don't want to pay anything extra can it be fixed for 24month amount of R569. My husband is not even working for us to afford add-on, called them i was told they cannot even cancel them on their side due to error, i need my dstv to be connected as my kids won't be able to watch their favorites shows 😔
