Disappointed customer
My account is always suspended even after I have made payment, multichoice also claims that their reconnection fee is R50.00 but to my surprise I am charged R67.67, this is really bad service. the are not loyal to their customers....I am so disappointed.

We have reconnected your DStv service. Please follow the below instruction to scan all your networks.
- Unplug power
- Remove smart card
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug power in
- Wait for E04 Error message
- Insert Smart card
After scanning is complete, press P to locate channels.
Kindly note that your billing date is the 1st of every month. Payments must be made on or before this date to avoid the auto-disconnection.
