DISAPPOINTED CLIENT..

I have a problem with dstv for the past three month I'm trying to pay but I can't cause they telling me that I owe them R900 I don't know why cause since I don't pay then my dstv was closed so I don't understand why i need to pay 900 first they call me for insurance of my decoder i told the consultant that i dont need it. i will buy another decoder if something happend i dont need insurance ... the next thing i get a sms saying i owe them an insurance money..the one i said i don't want it i am very disappointed and everytime i contact dstv i get a different price im owing.after they tell me about 900 i ask them what was the 900 for? they told me that i have reversed the payment on August last year i dont even have a debit order with them.so pleas guys be careful if you have a debit order with dstv check it all the time you will end up paying 1000 if you pay for 380 package or for the insurance you dont even know ....as for me im done with dstv i watch everything on yotube its very much better and cheaper..
