Disappointed

I'm so frustrated with how things went down with Dstv Multichoice 😕. So, I had an insurance policy with them, missed a few payments, but made the payment last month. Now, my decoder's faulty, and they say I don't have a policy and I'm actually on Compact instead of Dstv Access - which I didn't switch to. No one told me about this change. They're refusing a new decoder. Super frustrating that my payment went through, but they're saying I'm on a different package without my consent. Not happy at all, can't even watch TV now 🤑.
