Disappointed by the poor response from Multichoice
After a month and a couple of days we still can't enjoy the services offered by Multichoice. This resulted from a simple procedure of changing ownership. Upon the request to change ownership our Dstv was subsequently wrongfully deactivated and we tried contacting the Multichoice helpline and since then our Dstv hasn't been activated. Mind you, we are paying for this service. After a string of emails and numerous phone calls all trying to sort this out, they tell us that apparently there was *****. However, what I fail to comprehend is, why must we be at a disadvantage because of inside *****. It is really frustrating to have to think that we may be paying for a service that someone else out there is enjoying at our expense. Personally I feel that we should be compensated for our loss because we did not bring this to ourselves. <br> How could a simple procedure, as a change of ownership results in so much trouble. A phone call this morning assured us that they are done with the procedure and they will reconnect in a few hours. It is now 22:40 and still no reconnection. I am deeply dissapointed.
