Disappointed by DSTV services

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Dstv after i have provided them with proof of payments im still disconnected apparently i have an accumulation fee of R50 since may , june and July its not may fault that money take time to reflect on time i usually pay my dstv before the due date they charged me reconnection fee of R50 and i wasn't aware of , first they said i owe R150 after i have made an enquiry I'm told i must now pay R69,13 now based on what it doesn't make sense to me. From 26 of July till today im still disconnected
