Disappointed by DSTV

Hi so disappointed in DSTV right now, dstv says my subscription is due on the 1st but then normally if i skipped a payment they shut down my services on the 3rd of the month, this month in May they cut my services on the 8th all that i never asked them to do, mind u my subscription is compact plus, today when i check my balance dstv says i have an outstanding amount of R394. 62,how exactly and how convenient when it is off and they shut down the services. To a point i am not going back to dstv ever because how on earth will i with such a huge balance that doesn't add up. Until they remove that balance of theirs i will stay off dstv and the agents are not even breaking down the cost
