Disappointed by DSTV

I'm very disappointed for the 2nd time I have to come to this platform after so many calls and spending close to an hour on the phone with the contact centre agen and when I get cut off no one calls back.I have paid R550 for Compact Plus and there was ana outstanding amount which I have been Falsely charged of close to R300,was then told it will be Investigated and outcome communicated ,then 2 days later ,no communication,just disconnection and when I call no one knows what I'm talking about and no assistance,this is unacceptable 😑
