DISAPPOINTED
I HAVE CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE TO INQUIRY ABOUT THE EMAIL THAT I HAVE RECEIVED TO INFOM ME THAT I CAN UPGRADE TO DSTV PREMIUM FOR R649 HOWEVER THE 2 AGENTS COULD NOT ASSIST ME AS THEY SAID THEY DO NO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE DEAL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
