Disappointed

On January, I received a call from their sales department for a DStv ultra promotion, I accepted it coz it was more or less what I am currently paying & was told they’ll call &advice when an installer will come, 3rd of February I received the ultra from courier, no installer came, I called customer service,spoke to Thandeka on the 4th May to find out what’s happening was told to go to Multichoice office, I stay in north west, I drove to gauteng on 16 May which cost me R700 patrol, sat in a queue for an hour, spoke to Susan in counter 25 who did the application from A coz according to her no escalation was done for installer & Susan promised to call me next day with feedback, it’s 20th of May I’m still waiting and stuck with their device coz if I install it myself they’ll still charge me for installation on the debit order, it’s been horrible dealing with them at this point I’m only keeping their service for my mother’s sake.
