Disappointed and *****

Avoid at all cost, I downgraded package on the 2nd of May and called in as well and confirmed downgrade, today i am told i did not, i asked for recordings, a rude lady says she can not do anything i have to pay more i can not cancel neither can i downgrade now only next month.

wow dstv is really desperate to stop people from downgrading!!! Shocked and Disappointed.
