Disappointed and false advertising

I am a customer who fell for the one of the first price lock deals, the R 799.00. What they don't mention is although you do everything 1, 2, 3 on the phone, upgrading from compact to the explorer and price lock, although they change your account details, you still have a second account the call a residential account. Then they motivate you to sign up for a debit order and the compititions, and you do, because it is convinient... Then a debit order does not go off... So in September one of the debit orders they put through did not go off, nobody contacted me, I picked it up on my bank statement and with my account number with them imediatly made a payment. Thereafter they debit my account, but not with the R 799.00, with a amount of R 455.00, this went on for 3 months. Then I started contacting them to see why and that they have to fix it. Been calling and speaking to a different person everytime, promising to get some one from accounts to phone me, understanding the whole problem.... Needles to say, no one from accounts ever phone, no one follows up, I want to resolve the matter and pay the outstanding amount and then yesterday, after I had to call them again and explain and again had to hear some one from accounts will call me a.s.a.p, I receive no calls from accounts but this sms: "Your DSTV acc with a balance of R 4277.19 has been handed over to Blake Collection Dial *120*68584# for assistance or call ********** 787" So not matter how I tried to resolve it, they just don't care about their existing patients, paying correctly for the last 3 to 5 years. The R 455.00 for three months in the residentiol account can not be put towards what is outstanding. This is why I say it is false advertising, price lock is one amount for 2 years, my 2 years will be ending in April, where do they come up with this rediculiss amount. I am at the point of cancelling with them and follow in my friends footsteps rather join netflix or showmax and avoid this bad customer service.

Thank you for the response here Rupert, but in the interim, I keep on receiveing sms from DSTV, now telling me they tried to debit my account with a bigger amount than R 799.00, again unauthorised to do so, but no response on resolving my problem, but ready to cut my supscription. It is getting worse not better!!!
