disappointed and angry

hi, hellopeter I'm angry and disappointed by multichoice, on Monday 06 October 2025 I brought dstv on 24 months contract and I was told to pay 100 upfront and I did that,I asked that person is any amount must pay he said no only 529 and is going to be on debit so I agreed, and I told to be on the 7th of every month, today they installed it today, they said to me I must pay 390 for connection that I was never told about it, I have proof of purchase and stuff,I'm disappointed and the sad part my kids are very sad, I think they must cancel my contract
