Disappointed!!!!!!

I really don't understand how this company works, I'm a loyal customer who always pays on time but seems like ripping people off is their thing. I spoke to Rethabile on Saturday to change my payment date as I changed jobs, she was kind enough to change the date but told me I will be charged for the days from the 28th to the 30th which I was fine with but now today Botshilo tells me I had to pay first on the 28th to keep my subscription on and then pay again on the 30th! I mean these people are giving two different information here and clearly me changing the dates was useless coz the reason for me changing was so that my package stays on... I seriously don't know why I keep staying with these people, they seem to disappoint everytime!!!
