Disappointed

M so disappointed with the treatment dstv is giving us, they have a don't care to assist attitude, paid my account on the 10/10/19 using the same details I always use to make payments via capitec, but because we used a nedbank app suddenly they can't find payment, they asked for pop we sent it, and was told the payment was short of 79c,we then paid R10 via capitec, suddenly they did not get the pop we sent earlier, we being sent from pillar to post,, we are loyal customers n we being treated like dirt..
