Disappointed 😥

I am deeply disappointed 😥 with DSTV. I have a 2 yr contract for 2 decoders..One basic R29 N one R129. I pay via debit order.R250 around der.this July 1st I was overcharged to R180😒😥Why?I have emailed them 3 times already wit no reply ....8f u call u hold for minutes on end dat finishes ur airtime... Since other choices are available why does DSTV NOT CARE????
